☺Pulizia, modernità, piscina, servizi e disponibilità della host
☹Non per colpa diretta della struttura ma si trova davanti a un campanile che alle 6 mattino suonano e per qualche minuto. Comunque con finestre chiuse il rumore è attenuato.

☺Hôtes très accueillants et à l’écoute.
Maison très propres et très bien équipée.
La piscine est vrai plus au vu de la chaleur.
Endroit calme et assez proche de tout.
La place de parking privée est un vrai plus.

☺Eine schöne Villa, sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Ländliche Lage, ideal für Ruhesuchende. Die Villa ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Vermieter helfen bei Fragen sofort weiter. Danke für einen gelungenen Urlaub.

☺Ruim huis met 2 badkamers en 2 slaapkamers.
Airconditioning was erg prettig. De auto kon
voor het huis geparkeerd worden.
☹warm water was redelijk snel op wanneer 5
personen moesten douchen.

We loved staying at Villa Maris and Istria is amazing
☺ The property is located 5 minutes away by car from the closest beach, in a small old traditional village. The house is very clean, with everything you would need for a comfortable vacation. It was spacious enough for out family of 5 people and one big dog. The car can be parked either in front of the property or at the property with no cost. It is suitable for a vacation with children no matter the age.
☹ A small disadvantage is that it is right next to a church where the bells ring for 1 minute at 6 am, however if one closes the windows (the house has 2 air conditioners), the bells can barely be heard.
